01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mnn7 ("mnn7", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino services available at mnn7.io (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the mnn7 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of mnn7 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the mnn7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mnn7 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful in your place of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of mnn7 or any affiliated company, game provider, or third-party service partner.
• You have not previously been excluded from the mnn7 Platform or any affiliated platform as a result of a self-exclusion request or a Platform-initiated suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the mnn7 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

mnn7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable documents include but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than three months) as proof of address
• Screenshot or transaction receipt confirming ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of the request may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure. mnn7 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mnn7 will never request your password through any communication channel.

04 Deposits & Payments

mnn7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change at any time; the current list is displayed on the Deposit page within your account.

All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or unverified sources will be refused and returned. In cases of suspected fraud, deposits may be withheld pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (or the equivalent minimum set by the selected payment provider).
• Deposit fees: mnn7 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited to your mnn7 balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your mnn7 balance within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number for manual reconciliation.

mnn7 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment methods. All deposit currencies are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction where applicable.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been verified and previously used to make a deposit into your mnn7 account. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to the limits displayed in your account settings, which may vary by account tier and verification level.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one to four business hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• Pending bets: Funds covering any open or pending bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.

mnn7 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing for up to five business days where fraud indicators are present. Withdrawals may be declined if the source of funds cannot be adequately verified.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

mnn7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, and to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering completion — typically: slots 100%, live casino 20%, sports betting 100% at odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• Abuse and exploitation: mnn7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where the Platform reasonably suspects the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, syndicated wagering, or in breach of these Terms.

Seasonal and event-specific promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid — are governed by their own stated terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mnn7 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition, or game as published in the Rules section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, mnn7's interpretation shall be final and binding.

General betting rules include:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where the Platform's in-play cash-out feature is available and activated by the user.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or declared void, all bets on that event will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors — mnn7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether a settlement has already occurred.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed prior to bet placement and may vary by account tier.
• mnn7 monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider knowledge, or coordinated wagering. Accounts displaying such patterns may have bets voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

For casino games, each game operates according to its own rules as presented within the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified engines audited for statistical fairness. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game outcomes and are not subject to RNG processes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnn7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through associates.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access odds feeds, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software — including erroneous odds, mislabelled markets, or game malfunctions — for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or any systematic approach designed to circumvent the Platform's wagering requirements.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. mnn7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at mnn7 staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account or the Platform's back-end systems without authorisation.

09 Responsible Gaming

mnn7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all users. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is restricted until the period resets.
• Session time alerts: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to mnn7 for display on the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data

mnn7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events outside mnn7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law, regulatory action, or the unavailability of payment methods.

Nothing in these Terms limits mnn7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Termination

You may close your mnn7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to a verified payment method associated with your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification.

mnn7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure.
• mnn7 ceases to offer services in a particular region.

Upon account closure initiated by mnn7 for breach of Terms, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to ongoing fraud investigation will be returned within 14 business days.

14 Amendments

mnn7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mnn7 will provide at least 14 days' notice via a notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at mnn7.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which mnn7 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and mnn7, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. mnn7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the mnn7 licence terms. mnn7 will cooperate fully with any such process.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in English and that the English version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference in any dispute resolution process.
